The PASPGP-6 became effective July 1, 2021 and is a federal authorization issued in the Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh Districts of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps). PASPGP-6 authorizes regulated activities in waters of the United States, including jurisdictional wetlands, within the Commonwealth of  Pennsylvania. In most instances, the PASPGP‑6 will be verified by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) or a delegated county Conservation District along with the approved Chapter 105 Water Obstruction and Encroachment authorization(s).
